Application Materials Checklist for the Interdisciplinary CAGS

1. Fitchburg State College application with $25 check payable to the college

2. Catherine Leahy Brine Cover Sheet with $125 check payable to Leahy Brine

3. Three Letters of Reference

4. Current resume, signed and dated

5. Copy of Teaching License

6. Official Masters Degree transcript sent directly to CLB from granting institution

7. Request for Transfer of Credit, if applicable

8. Rockland Trust Loan Application, if applicable

   N. B. Since this is a CAGS Program and all candidates will hold a minimum of a Masters Degree, there is no requirement for the GRE or the MAT.
